If you are unable to login to Sage Expense Management inspite of clicking on the verification link or the password reset link, you would have to enable 3rd party cookies on your chrome browser.

Enabling third-party cookies

Method 1: through site settings (recommended)

This method allows you to enable third-party cookies for specific websites, offering more control over your privacy.

  1. Open website settings: Visit the website for which you want to enable cookies. Click the lock icon (or the information icon) in the address bar, then click Site settings.

  2. Cookies: In the Content section, find Cookies.

  3. Allow: Select Allow.

Method 2: through Chrome settings (less secure)

This method enables third-party cookies for all websites, which might not be ideal for privacy. Use this method only if Method 1 doesn't resolve the issue.

  1. Open chrome settings: Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome and select Settings.

  2. Privacy and security: Click privacy and security, then click cookies and other site data.

  3. Allow all cookies: Select Allow all cookies. Alternatively, you can choose to block third-party cookies in incognito mode only or customize the settings to allow cookies for specific sites.

  4. Relaunch Sage Expense Management: Close all of your Chrome windows and relaunch Sage Expense Management.
