Users can request for the entire trip cancellation or one of the requests(Transport/Hotel) after the booking was done by the Travel Admin. The travel admin gets notified via email regarding the cancellation.

  • All the cancellation requests can be seen under the “To Cancel” tab and the status of the same will be “Pending Cancellation” as shown in the screenshot below.

  • Open the cancellation request and click on the “Process Cancellation” button

  • Enter the cancellation reference number, cancellation fee, and finish by clicking “Save” button

  • Now the booking status will be changed to “Cancelled”.
