Users can request for the entire trip cancellation or one of the requests(Transport/Hotel) after the booking was done by the Travel Admin. The travel admin gets notified via email regarding the cancellation.
All the cancellation requests can be seen under the “To Cancel” tab and the status of the same will be “Pending Cancellation” as shown in the screenshot below.
Open the cancellation request and click on the “Process Cancellation” button
Enter the cancellation reference number, cancellation fee, and finish by clicking “Save” button
Now the booking status will be changed to “Cancelled”.
