If an approver or finance user requires more information/reason on a specific report submitted by you, they will use the “Send Back” option to push the report back to you as shown below.
Once an expense report is pushed back by the approver, the report will be moved to the “Inquiry” tab. You will also receive an email on the same as shown below:
Click on the email and select on the report which requires further action to be done.
You can also view the same report in your Fyle dashboard as shown below:
You can refer to the “Reports” category and click on the “Inquiry” tab as shown below.
Select on the Report and Click on “View (1) comment” to find the reason why the report was sent back.
View the comments made by the approver and take necessary actions and resubmit the report.
Note: A report can be sent back by approver or admin or finance user from any state until they start processing the payment.
