NetSuite Integration: Payments Synchronization
At Fyle, we are driven to look into ways to reduce the manual work in the expense management process. This new and improved capability will mark the expenses reports as "Paid" automatically on Fyle if the payments are made on NetSuite directly.
This works the other way around too, i.e; If expense reports are paid on Fyle then the status of the exported reports on NetSuite will also be marked as paid automatically.
Improved Corporate Card Reconciliation
We are incrementally releasing an all new UI with improved corporate card reconciliation workflow experience . Classifying transactions will be a breeze!
You will also be able to create negative expenses to account for credits.
The card transactions are now divided into 2 tabs:
Unclassified β All expenses that are not classified and needs the user's attention will be visible under this section
Classified β All transactions that the user has classified or Fyle has automatically reconciled will be visible under this section
Organization Settings Revamp
The Settings page has undergone a major overhaul to make information easily accessible, and it is now much easier to control various settings and set preferences.
The content of the Settings section is also changed, and it is in line with our aim to make it as easy as possible to manage your organization's Fyle settings and preferences
Powerful Budgets (Budgets on Categories, Combinations, and a whole new UI)
As an administrator of Fyle, you will now be able to create budgets on Projects, Categories, Departments, Cost Centers, and on combinations of Project-Categories, Department-Categories, Cost Center-Categories.
Administrators will also be able to keep a track of the budgets on their dashboard. For project head and department head, they can track the budgets in their Team Dashboard.
Navigate to Organization Settings > Expenses > Budgets to try this out now!
Auto import and AutoMap Quickbooks Online Expense Accounts into Fyle as Categories
You can now import Quickbooks Online expense accounts into Fyle at regular intervals. With a click of a button, you can import all the Quickbooks Online expense accounts into Fyle. The mappings between Fyle Categories and Quickbooks Online expense accounts will be created and maintained automatically.
This will reduce a lot of time and effort as administrators will only have to add the expense accounts on Quickbooks Online.
