Once your organization’s corporate card data feed has been set up, you can now begin to assign the cards to your employees.
It is important to note that as and when expenses are incurred on each card after setting up the data feed, the cards show up on your Fyle account.
Assigning individual cards to employees is a one-time effort. Once a card is assigned to an employee, Fyle will automatically post the expenses to the corresponding card owner’s account.
To start assigning Corporate Cards to employees:
Log into your Admin account and switch to Organizational view.
Click on the Manage Cards section under the Corporate Cards tab on the left-hand panel.
There are two sections here: Unassigned Cards and Assigned Cards.
Unassigned Cards show all the cards which have not been assigned to any user.
Click on any card and it will show the following details:
Unassigned Transactions: All the transactions that are not assigned to any users.
Unclassified Transactions: All the transactions that are not matched and need the user's attention to classify.
Classified Transactions: All the transactions that the user or our intelligence have done some action on to classify.
2. Click on any of the cards to assign it to a user.
3. Click on the Unassigned button.
4. Enter the employee’s name and click on the Assign Card.
5. The card will be available under Assigned Cards.
Another way to assign cards directly is mentioned in the steps below:
Navigate to the Unassigned Cards section under the Manage Cards tab on the left-hand panel.
Choose the desired card and click on the Assign Card button next to it.
3. Enter the user’s name and click on the Assign Card button.
