There may be a number of reasons due to which you as an Admin might need to delete certain/all transactions against a particular card.
Worry not because you can delete any unclassified transactions by following the steps mentioned below:
Switch to the Organizational view on your Admin dashboard.
Click on Manage Cards under the Corporate Cards tab and navigate to the Assigned Cards Section. Click on any card.
3. Navigate to the Unclassified Transactions section and click on the Classify Transaction button.
4. Click on Delete.
5. Click on the Delete button.
The transaction will now be successfully deleted.
NOTE: Classified Transactions which have been marked as personal and have been matched with an expense cannot be deleted by the Admin/Finance team. However, if an expense was created manually while classifying the transaction, it can be deleted by the Admin.
