Option to create policies on payment modes including CCC expenses
As an administrator on Fyle, you will now be able to create policies on payment modes. Currently, you can create policies for expenses that have either "Paid by Employee" or "Paid via Corporate Cards" payment mode.
Auto Sync Payments : Fyle <> Accounting Integrations
We have made several enhancements to our integration applications that will make it easier to maintain the integration preferences and provides more flexibility. The integration will now:
Mark expense reports as "PAID" in Fyle automatically, if payments are made in the accounting software for all the reimbursable expenses of the report
Mark all reimbursable "Purchase Bills"/ "Bills" / "Expense Reports" as "PAID" in the accounting software if expense reports are paid via ACH on Fyle
>> For Xero - This feature is only available for "Purchase Bills", and Xero Bank Transactions are not supported yet
>> For QuickBooks Online - Currently, this feature is only available for " Bills". The ability to sync the payment status of QuickBooks Online Checks between Fyle and QuickBooks Online is not available right now. This feature will only visible to users who have configured to "export their reimbursable expenses as Bills" in Quickbooks Integration.

Auto-Map Employees: Fyle <> Accounting Integrations
This feature creates mappings automatically for employees from accounting software and Fyle based on the defined configuration. An admin will now be able to set auto mapping configuration to be created for
Matching Name on Fyle and Accounting Integration
Matching Email on Fyle and Accounting Integration
Fyle Employee Code that matches with Name on Accounting Integration
This feature helps to save the time spent on creating and maintaining employee mappings.

Analytics now includes Time from Spend to Fyling
Our main motive for introducing this feature is to give insights into the time taken by users to create an expense on Fyle after the spend has been made.
This feature is available across all plans and would be viewable by users who have the Administrator role, along with Head of Departments and Head of Projects.
How to view this on your Fyle dashboard:
For Admins - Navigate to "Organization View" > Click on "Analytics" > "Operations"
For HOP/HOD - Navigate to "Individual View" > Click on "Team" > "Analytics" > "Operations"
We have clubbed the individual Profile settings and Admin settings in one page now so administrators can easily access the Settings section
