As a user with Finance role, you would be able to view and track all the latest corporate credit card transactions that have been assigned to a cardholder.


To view, the CCC transactions switch to Organisation mode, navigate to the Corporate Card>Transaction tab on the left panel

Once you enter the transactions page, at the top left you would be able to see:

  • Transactions - which shows the total number of CCC transactions that constitute the transaction page.

  • Debit Amount - The total amount deducted from the Corporate Credit Card upon usage.

  • Credit Amount - The total amount refunded or collected back from the employee.

The transaction page allows the Finance Admin to view the various CCC transactions based on different column headers:

  1. Transaction Date - Date on which date the CCC transaction was made.

  2. Amount - It shows you how much was spent by the cardholder on that transaction.

  3. Transaction Details - Merchant details against which the spend was made.

  4. Assigned to - Name of the cardholder to whom the transaction has been assigned.

  5. Matched Expense - Details of matched expense associated with the transaction.

  6. Receipts - It shows that whether a receipt has been attached or not.

  7. Transaction Classification - Indicates whether a transaction has been marked as Personal, Auto-Matched, or Collected back.

When you click on any card transaction that has been matched with an expense, a pop-up expense page will be displayed which gives an insight into expense matched with that particular transaction such as - Expense Id, Spend date, Amount, Purpose, Category, Merchant, Receipt status.

Under the CCC transaction, the following features help in quick results based on customization:

Manage columns

You can modify your transaction page view by clicking on the Manage Column button on the top right. The additional column options present are:

  1. Updated on - If any transactions relating to CCC were modified, it shows the date on which the update was made

  2. Created on - When the transaction was added to the application by the user.

  3. Type - If it's a credit or debit type convention.

  4. Currency - In what currency was the transaction made (USD, INR), etc.

  5. Foreign Amount - Apart from the domestic amount expenditure, this column tells you about any foreign amount included in that expense.

  6. Foreign Currency - Based on the foreign amount, in which currency has the transaction been made.

  7. Description - The description of the transaction as per the card statement

  8. Id - Id of each transaction made which is alphanumeric in nature.

  9. Bank Name - Bank details of the card used for spending.

  10. Card Number - Last 4 digits of the credit card.

  11. Card Holder - Name of the employee to whom the card is assigned.

  12. Transaction status - It indicates whether the transaction is classified or unclassified.

You can select additional columns or remove columns based on your preference by clicking on the check box beside each column on the right-hand side and then click on Done.

Filters

To view a particular set of CCC transactions you can use the filters which will help you segregate only the required transaction details, based on various fields. To apply filters:

  1. Click on the Filter button on the top right of the CCC Transaction page.

  2. Apply filter/s as required. You may add multiple conditions by clicking on "Add Filter" as shown below and click on "Apply Filters" when done.

Delete & Export

  1. You can delete ccc transactions in bulk by clicking on the select all check box on the extreme left > Delete button.

  2. Similarly, you can even export CCC transactions by clicking on the Select all check box on the extreme left > Export button, select the required format i.e. excel or CSV and then choose the fields that you wish to export.
