You can specify your preferences for the email and mobile app notifications that you receive from Fyle. Notifications are sent out for specific events such as a report being submitted, reimbursement is processed, the advance request is updated etc. You will be able to specify your preferences very easily, and it is possible to modify these preferences as required.

It is a user-level preference setting so you would need to configure them based on your requirements. To specify your email and mobile app notification preferences on the web-app:

  • Go to "Profile Settings"

  • Navigate to "Notification Preferences" section (by default all the emails notifications are enabled) uncheck the ones that are not required, and click "Save"

  • Now that you are all done, you will receive emails of only opted eventsĀ 

Similarly, you can configure the same on your mobile app:

  • Go to "Profile Settings"

  • Navigate to the "Manage Notification" section, uncheck the ones that are not required, and click on "Save"

  • Now that you are all done, you will receive emails and app notifications of only the opted events.
