Shareable filters
You can now save the search filters you use regularly on the Company Expenses page. What's more, you can even share the filters with other finance team members and administrators. Read more about it here
Expense limits for submitting receipts
As an administrator on Fyle, you can now specify amount limits under which receipts are not mandatory. If the amount limit is exceeded, the system automatically alerts users to attach a receipt. You will find this feature nestled under the Expenses section on your Settings page. Try it out now!
Analytics for Project and Department Heads
Approvers who are responsible for approving expenses pertaining to projects and departments will now be able to access a new section called Analytics under the Team dropdown section. The data and associated analytics are available under three distinct banners: Insights, Operations and Risks. Analytics, simplified!
Filter expenses on your Fyle account
You will now be able to search for your expenses quickly with this new feature roll-out. Filtering and searching for specific expenses based on various criteria on the web-app in now a breeze. Read more about it here
Search, sort and filter in Team Reports view
Approvers will be able to search, sort and filter expense reports on the Team Reports page. Finding a team members recent expense report, or filtering reports based on the date is as easy as moving your fingers, literally!
Restrict cost centres based on the user's department
Administrators will now be able assign visibility of certain cost centres to departments. This ensures users from a particular department will view only a specific set of cost centres that applies to the department. This feature adds to the capability of assigning a restricted list of cost centres to users independently
Feature Improvements:
Improved visibility of advance account purpose
If your organisation tracks each advance issued as a separate advance account, you will now be able to view the purpose of the issued advance better than before. When selecting the advance account from Payment Mode, you will be able to view the complete purpose entered while issuing the advance
Editable Auto Reminders
Previously configured auto-reminders can be modified now. You will be able to change all details of the reminder. Just click on the saved reminder to start editing.
