How the Partner Dashboard helps you

Number of active users: The dashboard shows the total active users across your client accounts and in each account. This can not only help you manage your subscription with Fyle (based on the number of active users), but also shows you how many out of the total number of invited users are actively submitting expense reports with Fyle in each organization.  

Key metrics for each client: You can see the number of incomplete card expenses, reports pending approval, and the total reimbursable amount across client organizations. For example, if you manage Acme Corporation and Globus Corporation as clients, you can find the number of reports pending Approval for each organization. So Globus Corporation has 39 reports pending approval, and Acme Corporation has 34. You can also click on each metric to redirect to the client’s Fyle account.

Nudge users and send out reminders:  You can nudge users in every client account to complete pending expenses, and approve the pending reports. These one-click bulk reminders eliminate the need to manually push users to complete the necessary tasks.  

Access client accounts easily with the Partner role: Fyle’s role-based access control feature enables a ‘Partner Role’ for reseller partners to have appropriate access to their client’s accounts. With this access, you can control the policy settings, change expense categories, set up policies, invite/ add users to the account, and see all the employees' reports in Fyle.
