G2 factors in real-user satisfaction ratings for several use-related review questions to calculate a product’s usability score.

G2 calculates a product’s Implementation score by factoring in real-user satisfaction ratings for numerous implementation-related review questions. We’re at the top of the list, with an implementation score of 8.98!
