Smarter Reminders

Google Calendar Reminders

Employees add reminders to submit expenses to their Google Calendar. While setting auto-reminders, they choose whether they want an event to be added to their Google Calendar as well. 


Stronger Admin Controls

Custom Currency Exchange Rates

Admins customise their currency exchange rates for different vendors. 


Improved Corporate Credit Card Expense Management

Reversals from Any State of Card Expenses

In the case of refunds or cancellations of a card expense, a negative expense is created and matched to the original expense, even if it is already reported. Admins and users see why this negative expense is created in the history tab. Upon deletion of the negative expense, the reversal is negated.

MIS reports

Admins see a monthly breakdown of spend by projects, departments, vendors, and categories. 

Upgraded Integrations

Configurable Mapping for QuickBooks

Admins export projects or cost centers in Fyle as either customer, department/location, or classes in QuickBooks. 



Upload Fyle attachments to QuickBooks Online

Admins upload expense attachments to QuickBooks Online while creating checks, journal entries, bills, or credit card purchases.
