G2 determined winners for Best Software 2021 based on reviews left on g2.com between 1st January 2020 and 31st December 2020. In 2020, G2 gathered nearly a quarter of a million reviews of different software, which over 40 million users read.
Real humans from G2 then analyzed each review received in 2020 to curate the Best Softwares lists in 2021 across categories. All scores, including Satisfaction and Market Presence, are calculated using G2’s algorithm.
