Another month and another set of new and exciting features. We bring you enhanced admin controls, smarter analytics and smoother integrations.

June has been a month of brand new feature upgrades. Without further delay, let’s dive right in.

Increased Finance and Admin controls

Custom field support for policies

Admins configure complex policies around custom fields. User and expense fields that are text, number, boolean, date, and location are supported. 

Self-serve data back-up

Admins regularly back up all their expenses and receipts at any time. All the data backed up can also be exported and downloaded for offline audits or reviews from here


Automated workflows

Employees can auto-submit expenses (unflagged only), within specified intervals. Approvers can also auto-approve reports that match predefined criteria by setting up workflows

Smarter analytics

Head of Project/Department dashboards

Department and Project Heads assess the spending patterns of their team - pending reports, approval TATs, top violators, travel spends, and more - all in one place. 


Multi-org finance dashboard

Admins of multiple entities within an organisation export the data of all entities. Custom analytics are performed on this data using Google Data Studio.


Better integrations

Multi-org support for QBO

Admins who work with different entities and have a QBO subscription set up QuickBooks workspaces for each entity separately.
