Advanced Search for Expenses
Employees search for expenses from the ‘My Expenses’ page using advanced search filters.
Slack App Home
Employees see Fyle’s dashboard on their Slack app, with information about expenses, reports, trips, and advances. Employees click on ‘Add Expense’ to fyle a new expense.
Better Currency Management
Currency Preference
Admins specify foreign currency preference which they use frequently. This currency will be pre-populated while creating expenses or creating advance and trip requests.
Set Currency Exchange Rates
Admins specify a pre-defined currency exchange rate for any currency specific to the organization.

Set Advanced Limits for Receipts
Admins add, edit, and enable/disable limits upto which employees claim expenses without receipts.
Micro deposit verification for ACH
Admins verify the organization’s bank accounts to initiate ACH. Two small deposits less than 10 cents will be initiated with the bank to verify the account within 1-3 business days.

Card expenses are created and reconciled automatically if an expense is already created at the time of spending.

QuickBooks Online Integration
Admins who use QuickBooks Online for their accounting export all their data from Fyle easily with this self-serve integration.
